B.Ordinance 16-06, Second Reading: Amendment to the Official Zoning Atlas of the City of Alachua: Upland Properties of NCF, LLC. to amend the Official Zoning Atlas Designation from ILW (Light and Warehouse Industrial) to CI (Commercial Intensive) on an approximate 2.5 acre subject property. Tax parcel numbers 05964-002-001, 05964-002-006, and a portion of 05964-002-000 (Quasi-Judicial Hearing)
